Do I need cartridges or gas tanks to use EverNitro?
No. EverNitro extracts nitrogen directly from the air using PSA molecular sieve technology. That means no cartridges, no tanks, and no ongoing costs.
Can I only use it for coffee?
Not at all. EverNitro works for nitro coffee, cocktails, juices, whipped cream, and even for keeping ingredients like beans or juices fresh.
How hard is it to clean?
Very simple. The canister and removable parts are dishwasher-safe, and the machine’s design makes rinsing quick and easy.
How long does it take to make a nitro drink?
Fast mode takes around 25 seconds, while high-purity mode takes about a minute for 95% nitrogen.
What’s the difference between nitro coffee and regular cold brew?
Nitro coffee has nitrogen bubbles that create creamy foam, soften acidity, and bring out natural sweetness.
How big is the machine?

Can I adjust the foam texture?
Yes. EverNitro has digital pressure settings from 0–8 bar, accurate to 0.1 bar, so you can choose between light, airy foam or thick, creamy cascades.
Is there an app?
Yes. The EverNitro app lets you monitor settings, explore recipes, and update your machine for new features.
