XBREW is a team of physicists and engineers from DJI and Breville, dedicated to pushing the boundaries of beverage experiences through physics and engineering. Realizing coffee machines hadn’t changed physically for a century, we asked a simple question: what if we could extract nitrogen directly from the air and infuse it into drinks? Through rigorous experimentation, we built a desktop system delivering 95% nitrogen purity, making nitro beverages available anytime, anywhere.

EverNitro is more than a device—it’s a gateway to creative drinks: no consumables, just smooth, creamy experiences. We’re also developing nitrogen-based kits like preservation and whipping tools for lifestyle creators. Our vision is to bring lab-grade innovation into daily life, giving everyone access to a freer, more playful beverage world.
